About the Job

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist As an IT Support Specialist, you will assist in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the clients Salesforce platform and IT systems. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that Salesforce and IT systems meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Support
    • Assist in daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as data integrity and database cleanup.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Upload monthly revenue results and ensure data accuracy.
    • Assist with Pardot marketing campaigns and automation, including email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring.
    • Provide end-user training and support to increase user adoption and proficiency.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
    • Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes, policies, and configurations.
    • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
  • General IT Support
    • Manage new user creation, IT onboarding, and offboarding, including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Acrobat licensing management.
    • Perform remote network and system monitoring and provide support for user devices (laptops, tablets, NUCs, and mobiles).
    • Manage antivirus and firewall systems.
    • Provide remote support for staff experiencing login issues or minor technical difficulties and wipe lost or stolen devices remotely.
    • Maintain a register of users, devices, and locations and advise when devices near warranty or end-of-life.
  • SharePoint & PowerApps Support
    • Assist in creating simple forms, workflows, and editing existing app workflows in SharePoint and PowerApps.
    • Edit pages and manage apps within SharePoint.
    • Support basic data migration from old SharePoint to new platforms.
    • Provide backup support for managing SharePoint access to users and user groups.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and Salesforce administration.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
    • Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and applications.
    • Proficiency in antivirus and firewall management.
    • Basic understanding of SharePoint and PowerApps.
    • Experience with data uploads and management in Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with creating and maintaining dashboards and reports within Salesforce.
    • Understanding of Pardot and its integration with Salesforce for marketing automation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Salesforce administration.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
