About this role

The IT Support Specialist is a member of Aidoc’s global IT team, responsible for supporting both local and remote employees. This Role Involves implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s software and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier-1 Technical support for local, remote, and outsourced staff as part of the global IT team.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues by phone, chat, or in-person support.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and other peripheral devices.
  • Manage and maintain SaaS tools, optimizing their use across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on various IT resources and topics.
  • Create and update IT documentation, including best practices, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Provide IT training to employees.
  • Keep updated on relevant technologies.
  • Manage and track support tickets using the company’s ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Support/System Administrator.
  • Must have Hands-on experience in PC hardware repair and maintenance, including macOS, WindowsOS, Linux, O365 apps,
  • Experience managing Google Workspace, Azure, Okta, and MDM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of network and internet technologies, including TCP/IP.
  • Exposure to IT security concepts (e.g. EDR, VPN, encryption, malware protection). Proprietary and Confidential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server products such as Windows Server and SQL Server.
  • Exposure to server virtualization technologies such as VMware.
  • Relevant experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) production environments, including private clouds and public clouds like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong commitment to ensuring tasks are proactively followed up and completed in a timely manner. ● Support-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global IT team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, presenting solutions that align with the company’s IT strategy and available resources.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft or similar IT certifications are preferred.
