What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service

  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians

  • Document solutions and maintain accurate service records

  • Assist with client onboarding and workstation setup

  • Monitor systems and alerts to proactively resolve issues

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • PC Hardware familiarity

  • Windows operating system familiarity

  • IP-based networking familiarity/understanding

  • Experience with any of the following a big plus: HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, ThreatLocker, Cisco Duo, Cove Backups, ConnectSecure, Copilot, ScalePad, ControlMap

Recruiters don't have the best reputation, and much of that is deserved. We do a lot of things differently than your typical headhunter. We aren't particularly looking for transactional relationships. We see ourselves more as your outsourced internal recruiting department. We don't define success as making placements, we define it by whether we are helping companies get healthier and scale. If we think you might be hiring for the wrong position or compounded a team problem, we'll tell you. If we have concerns about a candidate we pass through, we'll tell you. The only time we'll ever shop a candidate is if one approaches us independently and we are trying to help them.
