  general help desk support; monitor internal and external help desk ticketing
  and closeout, maintain help desk log, oversee issuance of log on credentials
  and SIPR tokens to users across all systems (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS).

  24/7/365 IT support.

  Oversee
  Information Assurance certificate renewal.
• 
  Maintains
  IAT Level I Certification and continuing education requirements.
• 
  Supports
  all JNWC Continuity of Operations (COOP) IT needs.
• 
  Performs
  routine inspection of IT equipment and classified processing areas.
• 
  Supports
  all J6 planning and resource allocation efforts and provide recommendations for
  technology improvements.
• 
  Oversees
  IT procurement requests and processes.
• 
  Provides training and necessary instruction material
  for hardware and software applications.

Requirements

• 
  High
  School & Information Assurance Level Technician Level I Certified
• 
  Must have one of the following IAT Level I
  Certifications: CompTIA A+/CompTIA Network+/EC-Council CND
• 
  7 Yrs Experience in IT Support at the Unclassified
  & Secret Level
• 
  Secret Clearance is required
