Why This Role Matters

The IT Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Savills’ technology environment by providing timely technical support, resolving IT issues, maintaining systems and equipment, and supporting technology projects. As the first point of contact for IT-related enquiries, this role helps minimise downtime, enhance the employee experience, and enable staff to work efficiently, ultimately supporting business productivity and operational success.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Providing first-level IT support to internal and external customers.
  • Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintaining the reliability and performance of IT systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks including account creation and access management.
  • Installing and configuring PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Supporting the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and common SaaS platforms, with experience supporting end-user technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive approach to learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.

Ideally, you will hold formal qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science and/or have previous experience working in a customer oriented position. Open for candidates residing in Australia only.
