JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
•Provide support to business units for services that are set in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
•Format and prepare laptops and desktops.
•Repair printers scanners and photocopiers before allocating to a third party.
•Install and configure all kinds of software for current & new users
•Communicate with network Laptop/desktop and computer accessories suppliers in order to resolve cases of this nature when needed.
•Ensure the first line of network and telecom and infrastructure support (cabling, points, testing).
•Handle IT-related projects given by the support manager and handle sites.
•Update knowledge base once a case/problem is resolved in order to help in faster response and resolution of similar future cases.
• Help all the IT representatives of all business units. Assist customers in repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Take immediate action in case of technical problems and maintain smooth operation
• Provides flexible and responsive Technical Support across the company (physically & remotely).
• Deliver and set up items to users in all Business units.
