Our client is an IT outsourcing company seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer Their mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) run smoothly by providing reliable and professional technical support. About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing IT support outsourcing company. Due to the onboarding of many new clients, they are expanding their team to ensure excellent service delivery. The successful candidate will be based at the company’s offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

As an IT Support Officer, you will assist clients with a wide range of IT support activities, from basic troubleshooting to the installation and configuration of IT systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting IT issues for multiple clients via email, chat, and remote access

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and office equipment

  • Managing user accounts, access controls, and basic network setups

  • Monitoring systems, applying updates, and ensuring data backups are functioning properly

  • Documenting technical issues and resolutions to improve ongoing support efficiency

Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support (Level 1 or Level 2)

  • Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking

  • Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Experience working with SMEs or in an outsourcing environment will be considered an advantage
