Job Description

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software and network issues across the business. • Log, track and resolve IT support tickets within agreed service levels, escalating complex issues to the IT Support Executive. • Provide user support for the organisation’s Zoho enterprise applications, including access, basic configuration, system-related issues and workflow processes. • Assist with basic programming, scripting, API, database and system configuration tasks under the guidance of the IT Support Executive. • Conduct scheduled routine and preventive maintenance of IT devices, ensuring devices are properly maintained and maintenance activities are documented. • Support IT setup and tear-down for onboarding and exiting staff, including hardware and software provisioning. • Maintain accurate documentation of IT issues, resolutions, configurations, assets and system-related activities. • Manage IT Asset & Inventory Management by accurately logging, tagging and keeping company IT assets up to date, ensuring 100% of assets are logged and reconciled monthly on the Zoho Creator Asset Register. • Collaborate with the IT Support Executive and other departments to support day-to-day business operations. Requirements ● HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● NYSC Corp member or awaiting PPA ● Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting. ● Basic understanding of programming concepts. ● Basic understanding of APIs and databases is an advantage. ● Ability to learn new software, systems and technologies quickly. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. ● Good communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
