Job Description

Would you like to provide IT support for both national and international colleagues and users while being part of a company that develops impactful solutions for the public and private sectors? As an IT Supporter for one of our clients, you provide support across the organization and contribute to improving our processes.

Responsibilities and technologies

In this role, you become part of Netcompany Operations, working within a team that supports one of our clients. You have the opportunity to improve existing processes and contribute to developing new ones, such as optimizing operational workflows, splitting, or consolidating current procedures.

Your responsibilities will typically include:

  • Handling requests through our ticketing system, such as ordering hardware and assigning software licenses.
  • Managing practical tasks, including receiving, preparing, and distributing hardware.
  • Contributing to service documentation and knowledge management.
  • Reviewing and maintaining various types of documentation, including work instructions and process documentation.

About you

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have a relevant IT-related education.
  • Have experience working in IT Support or Service Desk.
  • Are familiar with Windows 11 and Microsoft technologies such as Azure AD, SharePoint, and M365.
  • Are process-oriented and have knowledge of general ITSM, regardless of the specific tools used.
  • Are a collaborative team player with a structured, analytical mindset and a curiosity to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
