Are you our new IT Support Manager?

As an IT Support Manager at Intrum Customer Services Athens, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our Organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology environment. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day IT operations, supporting business-critical systems, driving continuous improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain hybrid identity environments, including Microsoft

Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services.
• Support and optimize IT infrastructure, including virtualization platforms

(Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop), Cisco network technologies, and overall

system performance.
• Oversee IT service management processes using platforms such as Jira and

ServiceNow, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while

ensuring timely escalation when required.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and/or Python scripts to automate

administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and promote IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with

ISO 27001 standards and information security principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services, while

maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and system

standards.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in IT management, systems administration, or senior infra-

structure support roles.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory,

Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing platforms such as Jira

and ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, virtualization technologies, and

Cisco infrastructure.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting, with strong trouble-

shooting and analytical skills across complex IT environments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and

the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

It’s a plus if you bring:

• Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications.

• Experience working in enterprise or multi-site environments.

• Knowledge of IT governance, change management, and business continuity

practices.
