Under general supervision, the IT Support Intern provides a first line of support, answer phones, replace backup tapes, clerical work, and answer email. Provide first level help desk support to multiple offices and locations on software and applications. Assist in workstation installations.

Working towards a Two-year or Four-year college diploma or degree in technology related field. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide strong attention to details with the ability to proof work for accuracy. A valid Texas Driver’s License is required.
