Job Description

The successful intern would get exposure to the following duties:

• Technical Support Provide assistance with hardware and software troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners​.
• Network Support Assist in basic network maintenance, resolving connectivity issues, and managing network devices like routers and switches​
• Documentation Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles for internal use​.
• User Support Respond to and resolve user queries related to operating systems, software, and other IT-related issues via email, phone, or in-person​.
• Asset Management Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
• System Monitoring Monitor and log system activities to identify and resolve potential problems​.
