IT Support / Facility Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦240,000 Net Monthly
Industry: Medical Diagnostics / Healthcare
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 Years

We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and highly organized IT Support / Facility Officer to oversee the daily IT operations and facility management functions within our healthcare diagnostics environment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology support, infrastructure maintenance, equipment functionality, workplace safety, and efficient facility operations to support uninterrupted clinical and administrative services.

The successful candidate must possess strong troubleshooting abilities, vendor coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both technical support and facility-related responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support Responsibilities


  • Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and software applications.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly.

  • Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and internal communication systems.

  • Support and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, telephony systems, and access control systems.

  • Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, backups, and cybersecurity compliance.

  • Maintain IT inventory including computers, accessories, networking devices, and software licenses.

  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers for repairs and system upgrades.

  • Support users with email setup, password resets, user accounts, and system access.

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

  • Document IT incidents, maintenance logs, and support activities.

Facility Management Responsibilities


  • Supervise the maintenance and proper functioning of office facilities and utilities.

  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, generators, and office equipment.

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of the work environment.

  • Monitor facility operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

  • Manage relationships with facility vendors, technicians, and service contractors.

  • Track utility usage and support cost-effective facility management practices.

  • Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.

  • Ensure adequate availability of office supplies and operational materials.

  • Support emergency response procedures and ensure workplace safety compliance.

  • Assist management with office setup, logistics coordination, and operational support activities.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Facility Management, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in IT support and facility management.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, systems troubleshooting, and IT support processes.

  • Experience managing office facilities, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.

  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and office infrastructure management.

  • Good understanding of basic networking concepts and cybersecurity practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications.

  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and respond efficiently to operational issues.

  • Experience within a healthcare or diagnostic environment is an added advantage.
