Your mission at WorkNomads
•Resolve the “middle complexity” tickets
•Standardize fixes via playbooks (repeat issues become repeatable resolution)
•Strengthen stability by reducing misconfigurations and inconsistent policy application
•Provide structured escalations only when genuinely needed
•Intune: device enrollment, policy adjustments, compliance troubleshooting, standard package deployments
•Entra ID / identity: standard account issues, access policy changes, group/role troubleshooting
•SharePoint: permissions issues, site access patterns, standard configuration troubleshooting
•Integrations and dependencies: basic investigation, log gathering, coordination
•Basic security/infrastructure troubleshooting (non-architectural): first diagnostics + remediation playbooks
•Basic DB knowledge for integrations support (not DBA work)
