IT-Support Engineer (m/f/x)

For our subsidiary BAUER Corporate Services Private Limited in Mumbai, India we are searching for a new IT team member as IT-Support Engineer (m/f/x).

Your tasks:

• Take ownership of 2nd and 3rd level front-end support for various software applications and client systems, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented troubleshooting
• Utilize tools such as Nexthink and Microsoft Intune (optional) to manage client environments and proactively resolve technical issues
• Provide remote support to ensure minimal disruption and optimal service quality for end users
• Collaborate within the team to solve complex technical challenges and maintain clear, structured documentation
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Your profile:

• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience over 5 years
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and operating system internals, with solid experience in Group Policy implementation and troubleshooting
• Solid experience in Installation, Configuration, Migration, and Management of Active Directory, including Trust relationships, Replication troubleshooting, Performance issues, FSMO roles, and Restoration
• Strong expertise in managing DNS, DHCP, and DFS Infrastructure, with proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Active Directory management
• Validated expertise in VMware ESXi & vSphere with hands-on experience in overall storage configuration, including LUN provisioning, Storage Group management, optimization, masking, and zoning
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
