– IT Support Engineer (Level 3)
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (Level 3) to provide advanced technical support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure. The role focuses on resolving complex incidents, administering Microsoft environments, strengthening endpoint security, and supporting core infrastructure services while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support for Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.
Monitor IT infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365 portals.
Administer Active Directory and Entra ID, including user accounts, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, and licensing.
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Administer and troubleshoot devices through Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
Investigate and respond to security alerts from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Microsoft 365.
Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
Support infrastructure improvements, migrations, and cross-functional technical projects.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and Teams Rooms administration.
Experience using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Experience with PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of SCCM, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup and recovery, and ITIL is an advantage.

Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
Work Environment
Full-time hybrid assignment.
Minimum 3 days per week onsite (non-consecutive days may be required).
Long-term contract with the possibility of extension.
