We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning of endpoint devices and related IT services. This position will be Full-time, Onsite - Bengaluru

What You’ll Do

  • Install, configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices

  • Support new user onboarding and employee offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access management

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs

  • Provide technical support to both onsite and remote users across multiple locations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Configure and support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise software

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID

  • Support and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and domain-related issues

  • Configure and support email on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Assist with endpoint security management, antivirus solutions, patching, and compliance activities

  • Monitor and maintain Microsoft endpoint management tools such as Intune and SCCM

  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate asset lifecycle tracking

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware replacements, repairs, and support services

  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring and high-priority incidents

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Any Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (EUC)

  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain management

  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar solutions

  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools, antivirus solutions, and security best practices

  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Microsoft certifications

  • ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
