The Role
This is an internal IT support role (not application/product support). You'll help employees with their workplace IT environment—devices, operating systems, access, infrastructure, office equipment, and internal services—to ensure smooth daily operations.

Location
100% onsite in Limassol, Cyprus.

Scorewarrior provides full relocation support for you and your family: visas, flights, legalization on the island. Everything covered.

Your day-to-day tasks:

  • Solve employee problems and handle IT support requests (ensure SLA compliance; escalate complex issues)

  • Solve problems with the user’s OS (Linux, Windows, macOS) and software. Ensure smooth daily operations

  • Purchase and maintain office equipment (IT asset lifecycle management, hardware procurement, inventory control)

  • Provide technical guidance to help employees work more efficiently and use available self-service resources

  • Maintain and improve internal IT documentation and knowledge base in Notion

  • Administer access rights to general-purpose services (SaaS and self-hosted): Google Workspace, Youtrack, Git, Gitlab, Teamcity, DNS, LDAP and others.

  • Onboard and offboard employees, operate hardware and software provisioning

To work, you will need

  • 2+ years of experience in 1st line and partially 2nd line of end-users (employees) support

  • Knowledge of the English Language on at least B1 level (spoken and written)

  • Admin experience with Windows, Linux, macOS

  • Ability to diagnose PC issues, mass internet problems, or local network faults

  • Experience with ticket system (FreshDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk or analogues) and understanding of SLA and ticket prioritising

  • Experience with IT asset inventory and tracking using tools such as Snipe-IT, GLPI, OCS Inventory, Jira Assets (Insight), or similar systems

A plus:

  • Driver license

  • Experience managing user access in corporate SaaS and internal systems, with a basic understanding of access control models (RBAC, group-based access, least privilege).

  • Good knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

  • Aspiration in automating your work.

  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash

  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure - GCP / Yandex Cloud / AWS / Azure

  • Passion for games.

About Scorewarrior

Our company was founded in 2015 in Cyprus with the initial goal of publishing and operating third-party games.

In 2016 we decided that we wanted to work with our own games instead of ready-made products. We were excited by the idea of being a full-cycle game development studio: to launch a game, gain initial traction, and then scale up the game globally and become a leader in the genre.

2017 saw the arrival of our first game, Total Battle. We discovered the game in its very early stages, and we believed in its great potential, so we made it our goal to focus on this single title and become the leader in the 4X strategy genre.

In 2021, we began to transform the company into a full-cycle game development studio, adding game developers, designers, and artists to our already existing publishing team, which consisted of our finance, legal, marketing, community, and support staff. We finished this process in 2022, and we now operate from our two offices in Limassol.
