As Sika Construction Chemicals Inc., we are looking for team members to join our growing organization as a 'Maintenance Engineer' reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications.
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all equipment and systems within the facility. This role involves developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with production teams and external contractors to ensure optimal performance of all equipment, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the plant.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT within a business environment
Experience in IT support, system implementation, and project coordination
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace technologies
Experience with Power BI and data visualization is a plus
Understanding of automation and process improvement
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset
Ability to take initiative and work independently when required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
