About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused IT Support Coordinator to join our Sydney Head Office team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys a varied role combining IT support, coordination, administration and project support responsibilities. You will work closely with teams across IT, Retail, Marketing, Product and external vendors to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across our retail store network and support office.

No two days will look the same - this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with stakeholders and enjoys problem solving, coordination and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day IT operations across retail stores and support office
  • Coordinate and follow up tasks with internal teams and external technology vendors
  • Assist with store IT support requests and escalation follow-ups
  • Support IT projects, system upgrades, testing and rollout activities
  • Assist with documentation, meeting notes, action tracking and process management
  • Help manage timelines, priorities and communication across multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, support documentation and reporting
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the IT team
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT initiatives

About You

  • 1–3 years experience in IT support, coordination, administration or a similar role
  • IT Degree, Diploma or related qualification preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of the business
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to keep tasks moving
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
