This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong application support experience who enjoys solving technical issues, working across teams and helping deliver reliable business-critical services.
Reporting to the Protection Support Lead, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting Operations and the wider Change & Technology function. You'll help ensure the stability, performance and continuous improvement of key business applications while building a strong understanding of the systems and infrastructure that support them.
You'll investigate technical issues, support change initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive service improvements.
We're looking for someone with strong technical capability, a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
