Job Description


This is a remote position.


IT Support


Join a fast-growing IT services company as a key part of the frontline support team. In this entry-level role, you'll put your existing IT knowledge and skills to work by assisting users with common technical issues and supporting essential systems. You'll gain hands-on experience while contributing to the delivery of reliable day-to-day tech support.


What You'll Do:


  • Assist with IT tasks such as user management, password resets, and printer troubleshooting to support day-to-day client needs.

  • Manage incoming helpdesk tickets through voice and chat support, offering first-level troubleshooting and escalating as needed.

  • Utilize systems like Active Directory and Office 365 for user access updates, permissions, and account support.

  • Work closely with the FAST Team and tech leadership to build skills and gradually transition into more technical responsibilities over time.


Who You'll Work With:


Be a part of a dedicated IT team focused on long-term employee development and technical growth. You’ll work alongside the FAST Team and report within a supportive tech environment to build confidence and capability in IT support.


Who We're Looking For:


  • IT Knowledge:

    Comfortable using Microsoft 365, with some IT experience or relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+ or similar) that shows readiness for a career in tech.

  • Active Directory Knowledge:

    Active Directory knowledge is required.

  • Highly Organized:

    Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple support requests effectively.

  • Detail-Oriented:

    Focus on accuracy and precision, especially in user management and troubleshooting tasks.

  • Tech-Savvy:

    Comfortable learning new tools. Experience with printer troubleshooting is a plus but not required.

  • Communicative:

    Interact clearly and efficiently via phone and chat with internal teams and clients in a positive manner.

  • Location:

    Must be located in South Africa.
