The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth network and hardware operations across the organization.
Provide day-to-day IT support to users (hardware, software, systems)
Manage and troubleshoot networking issues (LAN, internet, connectivity)
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Maintain IT assets and basic documentation
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services when required
Ensure data security and system availability
1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical support role
Strong knowledge of networking basics and IT troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with hardware, software, and system support
Ability to work night shifts and respond to technical issues promptly
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
