IT Support
Join a large IT services company, playing a key role in providing essential voice and chat support for our clients, with a focus on user management, printer troubleshooting, and password resets.
What You'll Do:
Provide initial support and troubleshooting for common IT issues, focusing on user management, printer troubleshooting, and password resets.
Engage in significant phone interaction and manage helpdesk tickets.
Utilize and manage systems primarily via Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshoot issues within the Office Suite and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

Be an integral part of a dedicated IT support team, concentrating on delivering high-quality, efficient technical assistance, especially for common and recurring issues experienced by our clients.

Highly Organized:
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple support requests effectively.

Some IT experience or relevant certification (such as CompTIA A+ or similar) is required to handle basic troubleshooting effectively.
