Job description

The position will report to the D&BT Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service and Logistics Associate Director, and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.

Job purpose

The IT Order To Cash & Logistics Associate Manager acts as the strategic IT Business Partner for the Customer Service & Logistics functions, driving the digital transformation roadmap and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.

The role is accountable for defining the application strategy, governing the delivery of business solutions, leading transformation initiatives and maximizing business value through technology investments.

S/he leads cross-functional and international teams, coordinates external partners and vendors, and ensures the continuous evolution of the Order-to-Cash & Logistics technology landscape, primarily based on SAP S/4HANA and integrated with external platform as warehouse systems, 3PL systems, collaboration systems, analytics platforms.

Key accountabilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to Order To Cash & Logistics stakeholders, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Drive the digitalization and automation of the processes in scope, through automation, Machine Learning and AI initiatives, enhancing the business capabilities and establishing new way of working.
  • Project management:
  • Prioritize initiatives, investments and resources based on strategic objectives, risks and expected benefits.
  • Support OTC & Logistics leadership in system-related decision making with a pragmatic, fact-based approach.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in line with evolution roadmap of SAP and recommend solutions / standardization / simplification to drive improvements and quick-wins.
  • Change Management:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Lead the change management activities to ensure a smooth transition when implementing SAP S4 and other technologies
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards and data governance principles

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
  • 6+ years’ of experience leading transformation programs, in system integration consulting companies and/or IT departments of multinational companies
  • Proven Experience in complex global projects related to Order-To-Cash and Logistics areas (in terms of processes, models and solutions)
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP environment related to Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) is a must
  • Confidence with FIORI APPs will be considered a plus
  • Experience in defining application strategies, technology roadmaps and investment priorities
  • Project Management skills and ability to coordinate cross functional and international teams
  • Previous experiences on Analytics management/Data Governance will be considered a plus
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational changesHigh levels of energy, motivation and proactivity, with a problem-solving approach and willingness to achieve results
  • Fluency in Italian and English

Compensation Package

  • The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 42.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
  • The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
  • The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies
