About the Department:

The IT Department at UNIQLO Vietnam plays a critical role in enabling seamless retail operations and driving digital transformation across stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. Our team is responsible for managing robust IT infrastructure, secure networks, and innovative retail technologies that support UNIQLO global vision. We lead projects to enhance POS systems, IT devices, and applications, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on reliability, agility, and compliance, the department partners closely with global teams and vendors to deliver cutting-edge solutions. About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing and enhancing IT infrastructure and network operations across UNIQLO’s retail stores, warehouses, and offices in Vietnam. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure seamless IT operations and support business growth

Responsibilities:

1. Store & Operational Support

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for stores, Head Office and warehouses.
  • Handle urgent cases related to network, hardware, applications, POS systems (direct troubleshooting and vendor coordination).
  • Be available to provide support for store‑related issues or emergencies during weekends or holidays only when necessary and upon business request.

2. Network Management

  • Plan and execute network maintenance and operation schedules independently.
  • Manage and troubleshoot networks using Juniper/ Meraki technologies.
  • Ensure high availability and security of network infrastructure.

3. Project Management

  • Lead IT infrastructure projects and retail-related projects (Retail PJ).
  • Drive enhancement projects for global initiatives (POS systems, IT devices, IT network, IT applications).
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations.

4. Vendor Management

  • Manage vendors through Coupa following internal procurement processes.
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.

5. IT Asset Management

  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company standards.

6. IT Administrative Tasks

  • Handle non-IT tasks such as documentation, reporting, and related internal process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

  • At least 3 years in IT infrastructure roles.

  • Proven experience in leading IT projects.

  • English: Business level (Written & Verbal) is a must.

  • Strong network experience (Juniper / Meraki).

  • Knowledge of POS systems and retail IT environments is a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
