We're seeking a Salesforce Intern with a strong focus on providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, standards, and governance

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Intern to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). As a Salesforce Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, development, and support You will work closely with our experienced team to learn and contribute to various Salesforce projects and best practices.

Job Responsibilities & Projects

  • Basic Configuration Tasks: Learn and assist with basic configuration tasks, such as creating custom fields, page layouts, or record types under supervision. Familiarize yourself with Salesforce setup and settings.
  • Salesforce DevOps Center: change tracking, version control, and deployments by providing a unified, click‑based pipeline for collaborative, source‑controlled releases
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Help monitor system performance and user adoption metrics. Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as checking for orphaned records or ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
  • Shadowing and Learning: Shadow experienced team members to learn about advanced functionalities and how the CoE operates. Take notes and ask questions to deepen understanding of Salesforce and its business applications.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and how Salesforce can support them. Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn about ongoing projects.
  • Research and Best Practices: Conduct research on Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Summarize findings and present them to the CoE team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating basic reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators. Gather data for regular reports and help analyze trends.
  • Data Entry and Management: Assist in updating and maintaining Salesforce records, ensuring data accuracy. Support data cleansing efforts to remove duplicates or outdated information.

Required Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Education
