• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, IT skills are advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s IT procurement strategy in harmony with initiatives of Deutsche Telekom
• Coordinate IT procurement needs with business stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage IT suppliers.
• Manage RFQs, tender processes, and contract preparation.
• Lead commercial negotiations and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to support strategic sourcing decisions.
