Job Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to Honda Biz, understanding their business needs and global strategy and objectives to develop regional IT strategies that align with their goals.
• Assist to conduct comprehensive assessments of IT environments, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Assist to Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps outlining the recommended approach for IT transformation initiatives.
• Assist to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies and best practices.
• Assist to Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on topics such as digital transformation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and executive briefings to communicate IT strategy recommendations and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in organization.
• Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and regulations to help our company and clients stay competitive, compliant, and achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Male / Female age between 32 38 years old.
• Proven experience in IT strategy and IT implementation
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT strategies.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
