We are seeking a Senior IT Project & Process Manager to lead and implement strategic initiatives focused on financial processes and enterprise systems, with primary emphasis on JD Edwards ERP
This role will drive process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across finance operations. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, deep understanding of financial business processes, and the ability to leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and business insights.
The position works closely with Finance, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that enhance financial operations, reporting, and automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
6+ years of experience in IT project management, business process management, and/or enterprise systems.
Language: English , Spanish
Hands-on experience with ERPs, JD Edwards ERPis a differentiation.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting workflows
Experience managing regional and enterprise-scale IT projects
Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, or data platforms
Exposure and use of the Artificial Intelligence capabilities to drive productivity and improvement on the processes and projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
PMP, Agile or similar project management methodologies
Strategic thinking and business process optimization
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to translate business requirements into technical initiatives
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration
