We are seeking a Senior IT Project & Process Manager to lead and implement strategic initiatives focused on customer services and customer experience improvements, with emphasis on JD Edwards ERP, Salesforce CRM

This role will drive process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across our commercial operations and customer services operations. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, deep understanding of processes on those areas, and the ability to leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and business insights.

The position works closely with Commercial Ops, Customer Services, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and external vendors, as well global teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance operations, reporting, and automation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

6+ years of experience in IT project management, business process management, and/or enterprise systems.

Language: English , Spanish

Hands-on experience with ERPs and CRMs, JD Edwards ERP and Salesforce are differentiation.

Strong understanding of customer services and commercial back office processes workflows

Experience managing regional and enterprise-scale IT projects

Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, or data platforms

Exposure and use of the Artificial Intelligence capabilities to drive productivity and improvement on the processes and projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives

PMP, Agile or similar project management methodologies
