As an IT Specialist, you will be a key member of the IT department, responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure. • Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades and technology deployments.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and provide recommendations.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.
• Assist in the evaluation and procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Support IT-related documentation and reporting requirements.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
