Job description

Overview Of The Role:

The IT Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems within the store, which directly impacts daily sales, customer experience, and coworker productivity. They work closely with various functions to support ERP application engagements, including new system implementations, upgrades, and extensions of existing applications, in coordination with the Regional IT Operations Manager. The role is critical in maintaining the performance and availability of all IT infrastructure and applications to support day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and maintain business applications and databases to improve the efficiency of system operations and ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations support, handling requests and incidents for multiple stores and business units regionally, ensuring response time and resolution are in line with defined service level agreements.
  • Implement and integrate digital and IT solutions across various channels, such as stores and online, in coordination with the Business Solutions Manager and project teams, ensuring successful rollouts with minimal post-implementation issues.
  • Support project teams in configuring and implementing digital and IT solutions for market expansion projects, ensuring tasks are completed as per project timelines.
  • Develop and implement D365/NAV/BC solutions across various modules, assisting in designing and developing integrations with other systems and tracking completed development tasks.
  • Ensure optimal performance and availability of all critical IT infrastructure and applications to support daily operations and enhance customer experience and coworker productivity.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proficiency in ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and D365.
  • Strong database management skills in SQL and Oracle.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for IT project implementations.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • 5+ years of experience working as an IT analyst in the retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, and CRM365.
  • Practical experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • 1-2 years of experience in D365, BC, or NAV.
