Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development & Programming
  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications, systems, and software solutions
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, development, testing, and deployment
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability

Web Development

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications and interfaces
  • Work with front-end and/or back-end technologies depending on specialization
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

System Maintenance & Support

  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and platforms
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Implement updates, patches, and security improvements

Collaboration & Technical Support

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver project requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements
  • Support technical documentation and system specifications
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Document development processes, system changes, and technical workflows
  • Provide progress updates on assigned tasks and projects
  • Maintain accurate technical records and version control practices

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in software development, programming, or web development, preferably supporting international or SaaS-based companies; offshore or global client experience is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, C#, or similar; experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and/or back-end frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, Django, .NET, etc.); knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), APIs, Git version control, and cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently; capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
