BangkokSystem Analysis

We are seeking a highly capable System Analysis (SA) with a strong ownership mindset (A self-driven leader, not a task follower) and proactive approach (Take initiative and drives result), who can independently drive end-to-end solution design and delivery. This role requires someone who does not wait for instructions, but actively identifies requirements/problems, proposes solutions, and leads execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design aligned with business and IT strategy
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Drive technical decisions, including trade-off analysis and solution recommendations
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure successful delivery from design through implementation
• Continuously improve system architecture and operational efficiency

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum
• Solid experience in S ystem Architecture Design and Infrastructure
• Experience in API Integration and Middleware (e.g., ESB, event-driven architecture)
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI Technology
• Experience with containerization and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of Network Protocols and Security Standards
• Strong knowledge in:
  • System design (BPMN, Sequence Diagram)
  • Data & integration patterns (API-first, messaging, streaming)
  • Security by design (OAuth2, API security)
  • Performance tuning & capacity planning
  • Automation/scripting (Python, Shell, Curl)

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong ownership and accountability mindset
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership
• Ability to perform end-to-end analysis (gap analysis, feasibility study)
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong decision-making ability with structured thinking
• Ability to work in ambiguity and drive clarity independently
• Strong English Language is preferable
• Experience in vendor evaluation and solution comparison
• Knowledge in contact center domain is a plus
