Job Description

A detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting both administrative and IT helpdesk functions. The role involves managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, asset coordination, documentation, and internal reporting, while also maintaining system trackers and assisting with design and IT-related projects. Additionally, the position provides first-level technical support by triaging tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring SLA compliance, and delivering timely resolutions through remote or on-site assistance, with proper escalation of complex concerns.

Responsibilities:

Admin Associate Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset delivery and return arrangements
  • Manages asset-related requests such as replacements, transitions, bookings, and endorsements
  • Processes gate pass requests and maintain accurate AFL documentation
  • Audits separation lists in coordination with the HR department
  • Maintains and updates Microsoft tools and SharePoint trackers for reporting and record-keeping
  • Handles company ID editing and printing using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
  • Prepares reports and presentations using tools such as Power BI and Canva
  • Supports front-end development, UI/UX design, and graphic design for internal IT projects
  • Facilitates onboarding through credential creation and access provisioning

IT Helpdesk Responsibilities:

  • Triages incoming tickets and ensures compliance with SLA requirements
  • Provides first-level IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assists users via remote or on-site technical support
  • Logs, tracks, and documents incidents and service requests
  • Ensures timely resolution of issues in accordance with SLA targets
  • Escalates complex technical concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT-related field or a strong background in technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Proxy.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
