Job Description
We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and maintain secure and stable systems. The role also involves working with internal teams to deliver technology solutions that support overall business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Act as the first point of contact for technical support and resolve end-user issues efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement and enforce IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection protocols).
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and business continuity.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and technical support.
Oversee and coordinate repair workflows, ensuring proper validation and documentation of all maintenance activities.
Verify system performance and stability after maintenance and upgrades.
Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and security best practices.
Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades (RAM, storage, batteries, and internal components).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
Experience with security solutions (pfSense, MikroTik, FortiGate, antivirus software, data encryption).
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting marketing or SEO teams.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).

Working days: 5 days (From Sunday to Thursday).
Working Hours: 9 hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), including a 1-hour break
