BangkokSystem Analyst: Support and manage projects related to AIS Business Network Portal (ConnectX) and CloudPC

• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into system requirements.

• Gather, define,validate, and manage system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand technical feasibility.

• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Design system architecture, workflows, and solutions to support both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Design technologies in alignment with system requirements and architecture, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards and governance.

• Create system flow diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, andintegrationflow designs for both front-end and back-end components.

• System design for both front-end and back-end components and Createsystem flowdiagram/prototypes/wireframes

• Perform Impact assessment,unit testing, system optimization.

• Define API specifications and integration requirements across internal and external systems.

• Build, enhance, andmaintainRESTful APIs and microservices architecture with proper API governance, versioning control, and documentation standards.

• Ensure system design supports high availability, secure data handling, and optimized performance.

• Collaborate in Azure cloud infrastructure and deployment design, including cloud environments,firewallconfiguration considerations, network connectivity, CI/CD alignment, and integration with enterprise platforms.

• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-deployment validation activities.

• Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.

• Create andmaintainsystem documentation such as:

• Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), System Design & Architecture Diagram, Program Specification, Workflow Diagram,API Documentation,User Manual and Technical Documentation

• Collaborate and coordinate with Users, Vendors, Developers, Testers, and other related teams.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues effectively, including root cause analysis and solution recommendation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 4-5 years ofexperience as a System Analyst

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Hands-on experience in system analysis, solution design, and application development.

• Experience with databases such as Azure Database, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of system integration and enterprise system connectivity.

• Experience with cloud, and Azure Monitor Log.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

• Hands-on experience in integrating REST/ SOAP APIs and Web Services

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communicationand coordination skills
