Job Description

ICT Specialist is responsible for delivery of ICT service and support. The function is responsible for ICT Helpdesk and engineering system support includes aspects of: end user computer & peripherals setup and maintenance, system administration, system performance management, incident management etc, and support all Analog IC team and Engineering systems. Ensure System Reliability, Optimize System Efficiency, Enhance Systems Security, IT Systems uptime and reliability (availability), process quality and ensure full compliance with ICT standard, policy and procedure.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for employees PC, desktops, storage and any other IT assets maintenance and ensure all devices are accountable;
• All the IT assets management and annual inventory;
• Company phone, Internet and other line maintenance, troubleshooting report, monthly regular payment;
• Licensed compliance software installation;
• Manage and implement data backup strategies; ensure the regular and secure backup of critical business data, and develop disaster recovery plans for data restoration in case of system failure or data loss;
• Troubleshoot and manage servers, configuration of switch, email systems, network security, internet access, telephony, printers, access control systems, attendance systems, video conferencing, and related infrastructure;
• Support superiors with other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science or related;
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or Software Engineering, has experience to support IT project implementation;
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems, familiar with the installation of various common software, good understanding and skills for ICT infrastructure support maintenance;
• Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, strong hands-on ability, good communication skills, diligent and progressive;
• Work conscientiously, strong sense of responsibilities, own practical ability, a good communicator, diligent and self-motivated.
