BangkokWe are seeking a senior, strategic Systems Analyst with strong Project/Program Management expertise to lead enterprise-scale data enrichment and marketing automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership
- Lead enterprise data and marketing technology initiatives from concept through delivery and post-implementation optimization
- Translate business strategy into scalable system architecture, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Provide thought leadership on MarTech, data platforms, and automation best practices
- Drive governance, standards, and operating models across data and marketing systems
Systems Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead discovery workshops and perform deep business/process analysis across marketing and data domains
- Define high-level architecture, solution design, and detailed technical requirements
- Design end-to-end data flows including integration, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and activation
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
Project / Program Management
- Own full project lifecycle: scope, budget, timeline, risk, resources, and benefits realization
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional workstreams
- Apply Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies appropriately
- Establish KPIs, success metrics, and ROI tracking for initiatives
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, marketing, data science, engineering, and vendors
- Lead steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Manage external vendors, contracts, and delivery performance
Delivery & Operations Excellence
- Ensure successful deployment of data pipelines, automation platforms, and campaigns
- Oversee UAT, change management, and adoption strategies
- Continuously optimize processes, performance, and cost efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 7–10+ years in Systems Analysis, Solution Design, or Technology Consulting
- 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs
- Proven track record delivering enterprise data or MarTech transformation initiatives
- Experience managing large budgets and multi-team delivery environments
Core Competencies
- Advanced Systems Analysis & Business Architecture skills
- Strong Project & Program Management expertise with ownership mindset
- Deep understanding of Data Management (ETL/ELT, data warehousing, governance, quality)
- Strong experience with Marketing Automation & MarTech ecosystems
- Knowledge of CRM, segmentation, campaign orchestration, personalization, and customer journeys
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data stacks
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights
- Exceptional stakeholder, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Tools & Methodologies
Experience with PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.), data tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred
- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM or equivalent certification
- Experience with enterprise MarTech platforms (e.g., CDP, CEP, Marketing Automation tools)
- Background in consulting or digital transformation programs
- Experience leading regional or enterprise-wide implementations
