Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support of developments, implementations, and applications in SAP ERP systems (R/3 and S/4HANA) in relation to SAP authorizations
  • Support of customer portal administration and management of accounts and rights for end user and business processes
  • Provide support and contribute to the resolution of end-user support requests
  • Execute technical integration and administration across various SAP systems at Schaeffler
  • Serve as a key contact for functional and technical requirements of existing applications
  • Coordination of authorization assignments and various tasks regarding authorization management in SAP Systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth administration and continuous process development for authorizations

Your Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP environments, especially R/3 and S/4HANA systems
  • Experience with SAP system connectivity
  • Practical experience with Authorization Management in SAP landscapes
  • Experience in supporting end-users and handling support inquiries
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a technical point of contact
  • Knowledge in SAP Authorization Management / Security and access rights
