We are looking for a consultant who will become part of our team, working together with other team mates to make our products best in class. You will be part of team is responsible for critical DHL Express platforms. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, self-directed, team player, passionate about resolving new, challenging task. You will support requirement analysis, solution documentation, testing preparation & execution, and daily delivery activities for DHL Express Digital Customer Solutions.

As an IT Solutions Consultant,

• You will take end-to-end care of our systems including designing, developing, testing, operating and supporting
• You will participate in requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, documentation, SRS
• You will prepare functional test cases and scenarios based on user stories, perform functional tests and follow up on fixes until they meet the requirements
• You will deliver assigned services according to agreed SLA’s (TRT, Availability, Performance)
• You will document work using the required standards, methods, and tools.
• You will manage expectations of the stakeholders by coordinating with developers, QA, and product teams
• You will set up and maintain test environments & test data

You should have:

• Strong customer centric mindset
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
• Have hands-on knowledge in testing (Functional & Automation)
• Experience with support and maintenance of production environment
• Knowledge on application’s infrastructure setup (database, caching, backend services)
• Knowledge of shipping process / logistics flow will be an advantage
• Knowledge in implementing AI in solutioning

OTHER SKILLS:

• Very good communication skills and can-do attitude
• Very good analytical skills and structured approach (Detail-oriented)
• Organizational skills, team player
• Ability to work independently, self-motivation and self-confidence
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to time manage efficiently to avoid over-commitments
• Any Testing Certification is considered an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
