Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain integration processes, API endpoints, and middleware performance, ensuring availability and data flow integrity.
• Maintain and improve workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems.
• Maintain and monitor Knowledge Management platforms, ensure system stability, support user access issues, and coordinate integration with other applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Engage in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5 to 9 years of experience in application/platform development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform is required.
• Candidate with experience in workflow engines (i.e. Nintex, Power Automate), and knowledge systems (i.e SharePoint) will be at an advantage.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations.
• Familiar with cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills able to engage users, manage expectations, and drive resolution of platform issues.
• Organised and self-driven, with good coordination skills to support multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.

Preferred Certifications:

• Boomi Associate Developer and Boomi Professional Developer (Mandatory)
• Nintex Automation (formerly Nintex K2)
• Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint certifications
• ITIL Foundation or other support operations-related certifications
• Agile or Project Management credentials
