IT Solution Expert (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Manage IT incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes
• Provide end-user support and maintain the accounts and devices environment
• Administer IT assets, inventory records, and endpoint management solutions (Intune/MDM)
• Support IT projects, system deployments, and company-wide meetings
• Deliver onboarding training and IT support through the IT Service Point and the IT hotline
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable IT operations

Your Profile

• Completed IT education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive)
• Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects
• Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Very good German and good English skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 3.181,21 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
