Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our team, focused on supporting integrations and operations involving Murex and Findur systems. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and smooth functioning of cloud-based financial data flows and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Monitor data flows and system health across Murex and Findur integrations.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data transformation, mapping, and connectivity.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and support to maintain high system availability.
Infrastructure Support
Provide operational support for cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
Assist in maintaining Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, and Data Pipelines.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Testing, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support internal testing efforts by validating data and system behaviour.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps for knowledge sharing.
Monitoring & Reporting
Proactive monitoring with dashboards and alerts using Azure-native tools.
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend optimizations.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably in financial services.
Good to have familiarity with Murex and/or Findur platforms is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Functions, Service Bus) is desirable.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Basic Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud integration.
