Job Title: IT Site Manager

Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing

Salary Range: up to ₱170,000

Work Setup: Onsite

About the Role

The Manager, IT Site Support leads IT operations across the Laguna and Cavite manufacturing sites, overseeing site support, infrastructure, end-user computing, manufacturing systems, cybersecurity, assets, projects, vendors, and service delivery.

The role serves as the primary IT liaison for plant leadership, business stakeholders, corporate IT, and external providers, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, and corporate operations.

The candidate will primarily report to the Regional Director, and will primarily handle IT Site Support

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT site support operations and ensure service availability, performance, and SLA/SLO compliance.
• Oversee IT support for manufacturing-critical systems, including MES, ERP, shop floor systems, handheld devices, label printing, engineering workstations, and test equipment.
• Manage end-user computing services covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration tools, and productivity applications.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to support LAN/WAN, wireless, servers, storage, IAM, upgrades, patching, DR, and BCP initiatives.
• Coordinate incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production-impacting issues.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and support technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Cisco ISE, endpoint protection, and privileged access controls.
• Manage IT hardware/software assets, procurement, deployment, lifecycle, refresh, and disposal.
• Lead site IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, manufacturing expansions, technology deployments, relocations, and facility projects.
• Manage vendors, contractors, budgets, project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and develop the site IT team while driving accountability, collaboration, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Support audits, SOX compliance, risk mitigation, and enterprise IT initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have at least 10 years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or site support leadership.
• Manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or industrial IT experience is ideal.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary IT teams and service delivery.
• Working knowledge of:
• Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
• LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking
• Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Cybersecurity technologies
• IT Asset Management
• Incident & Problem Management
• MES, ERP, and Shop Floor Systems
• Vendor Management
• ITIL and Service Management

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management, decision-making, communication, and change leadership skills
• People management, conflict resolution, and team leadership experience is highly desirable as well
