The Site IT Support Engineer performs equipment installation and configuration, first-level maintenance and troubleshooting, user support, and local implementation activities while escalating issues to the appropriate Site IT Lead or TEN Digiteam specialist when additional expertise is required.

  • Perform routine maintenance of site printers and peripherals, including replacement or coordination of ink, toner, drums, and other consumable items.
  • Provide first-level support for application-related problems and act as the liaison between local users and the Site IT Lead or appropriate TEN Digiteam specialist.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues, including basic LAN and TCP/IP-related problems.
  • Support the availability and reliable operation of site IT equipment and tools needed for daily project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with users regarding issue status, troubleshooting actions, escalation, and resolution.

Site IT Operations / Additional Duties

  • Provide local Helpdesk support and serve as an accessible first point of contact for site IT questions and incidents.
  • Assist the Site IT Lead with day-to-day IT operations, priorities, user requests, equipment support, and site technology needs.
  • Perform local implementation and maintenance activities in coordination with TEN Digiteam Specialists and in accordance with established instructions and project requirements.
  • Participate in site IT audits and support the collection, verification, and communication of information required for audit activities.
  • Provide relevant local operational information to TEN Global Digiteam specialists, including service indicators, telecommunications monitoring information, and server performance information.
  • Support coordination of IT activities during project mobilization, ongoing site operations, and other phases of the project lifecycle as directed by the Site IT Lead or Project IT Manager.
  • Assist with local technology changes, deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities when requested.

Coordination / User Support Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Site IT Lead and Project IT Manager to coordinate site-level IT activities and address operational priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between local users and the broader TEN Digiteam to ensure technical issues are communicated clearly and routed to the appropriate support resource.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Coordinate with TEN Digiteam Specialists when technical issues require specialized support, remote assistance, or higher-level troubleshooting.
  • Communicate recurring or significant site IT issues to the Site IT Lead and provide relevant information to support resolution.

Compliance / Operational Responsibilities
