Main purpose of the Role: Manage all infrastructure aspects for the Americas agencies. Serve as the senior technician in the region.
Major areas of responsibility: Responsible for IT Infrastructure and support of all countries in America region

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; Master preferred
Project Management certification and demonstrated experience - Develops project plans;
Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress;
Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.
Experience in global company a must
Minimum 7+ years solid IT Technical experience
Experience in matrix management a must.
Wide experience in training the managers and employees
