About the Role:
As the on-site IT ServiceDesk Technician, you will be responsible for handling Level 1 and Level 2 IT support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, replacing and configuring computers, and escalating more complex issues to the systems admin team. This position requires strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently while aligning with the goals of our broader IT team.

IT ServiceDesk Technician Job Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on IT support for employees.
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support requests, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network connectivity issues, and account access problems.
- Manage computer replacements, setups, and configurations for new and existing users.
- Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Communicate recurring or critical technical issues to the systems admin team for resolution.
- Collaborate with remote IT team members to maintain consistency in IT operations and security standards.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, printer issues, and general IT maintenance tasks as needed.

QualificationsIT ServiceDesk Technician

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of IT ServiceDesk or technical support experience (or equivalent education/training).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Experience with basic networking, printer setup, and hardware support.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively supporting end users.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the local Stockton area.
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

In 2003, Ryan Gee became President and CEO, building on his parents' legacy by expanding the company to include Buick, Porsche of Spokane, Kia in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and Cadillac in Coeur d'Alene. Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
