Join our FIT DO C&BA HW Engineering team as an IT Service Specialist, PCB. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining IT PCB environments, supporting critical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. By ensuring the highest standards in PCB technologies, you'll contribute to our product excellence and seamless business operations.

• Ensure the seamless operation and performance of IT PCB environments.
• Support Siemens EDM Expedition tools and other design applications, managing their release lifecycles and change management processes.
• Possess a basic understanding of PCB EDA design environments and circuit board design tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and IT support teams to resolve server-related issues promptly.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, encouraging a culture of innovation and efficiency.
• Document and maintain process documentation for all upgrade and script-related enhancements.
• Manage design data management tools, including Siemens EDM Library & EDM Design and PCB Design applications & its environments.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of infrastructure components, Cloud Infra, Storage, Linux.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in hardware engineering environments and PCB design tools, with expertise in Siemens EDM Expedition tools.
• End user knowledge of design data management tools like Siemens EDM Library, EDM Design, and Schematic applications.
• Understanding of PCB design concepts and PCB Library to address end-user requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, firewall, and network specialists.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including performance, storage management, and backup snapshot auditing.
• Problem-solving skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices.
• Experience with Cadence PCB design applications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting EDM server logs and configuring various EDM components.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for Incident management, scripting knowledge, firewall management is an added advantage.
